Payment Terms

Initial Deposit: First 50% of the Villa Rental fee together with signed Terms & Conditions and completed Guest Rental Booking Form (100% if you book less than 30 days before arrival).

Final Payment: Second 50% need to be paid not later than 30 days before arrival

Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of 1000 USD is required to be paid on arrival. This is to cover the cost of any breakages or damage to the villa during the rental period. It may also be used to cover the cost of excessive cleaning, should this be required, or unpaid expenses. Please note that this should be paid in cash.

Guests under 12 years old are not suitable.
