Private chef service is not included with the rental for this villa but can be available on request for THB 1,500++ per meal. Food purchases are separately charged as indicated above.

Extra Person Charge: $ 60++ per night with extra bed.

Payment Terms: 50% deposit is required upon confirmation, balance 50% payable one month to arrival. Payment is via bank transfer.

Check-in time is 3.00 pm and check-out time is 12.00 noon

Damage Deposit: $ 500 cash per villa is collected as Damage Deposit on arrival. This is fully returned to the guest if there will be no claims deduction for loss or damage. Damage deposit can be paid in the guest's home currency in equivalent amount or guaranteed with credit card. "No smoking" is strictly enforced and a penalty will apply for smoking inside villas.

Cancellation Policy

1. More than 60 days to arrival: 50% of funds received refundable (less bank charges). Balance provided as credit valid for 9 months from cancellation date for the same villa.
2. Between 60-31 days to arrival: No refund. Funds received provided as credit valid for 9 months from date of cancellation for the same villa.
3. 30 days or less to arrival: Full rental will be charged, no refund and no credit.

Cancellation Policy for Peak Season

No refund for cancellation at any time. Full rental will be charged.
