IVL Property is taking a different approach to customer service, designed to assist you to the best of our ability for the duration of your stay with us. Here are a few of the promises we make to ensure your stay will be unforgettable and run as smoothly as possible:

Should the villa you are interested in not be available for the dates you require, our professional reservations team will make sure they find an alternative property meeting all of your requirements.

From the moment you book with us, a representative of IVL Property will be available to help you organize activities.

Prior to your arrival on Koh Samui, a member of our team will email you details on your arrival procedures (map of the airport, pick up procedure etc)...

If you booked a transfer with IVL Property we will:

  • Display your name clearly upon arrival at the airport.

  • Provide an English speaking driver for your convenience.

  • Offer all our guests a bottle of water and complimentary cold towel while driving you to your villa.

  • Provide licensed professional drivers and air conditioned vehicles that are comfortable and safe.

All guests will be greeted on arrival at the villa to make sure everything is in order. We will check you in promptly so you can relax in the comfort of your own villa.

You will be given the telephone number of a dedicated IVL Concierge available between the hours of 9am to 6pm. Within the next 24 hours we will be in contact with you to confirm your pre booked itinerary or to arrange other additional activities.

We will do everything in our power to resolve any villa repair or service issues in a timely manner.

We provide a 24hr assistance phone number that you can use in case of an emergency.
