The Space
Important Note: Limited Time Discount
We’re offering over 50% off our regular rates (normally 70,000 THB per night in high
season) due to ongoing construction on the underground garden floor, where we’re adding a
spa, massage room, plunge pools, and other enhancements. For now, the villa is available
as a 4-bedroom setup for up to 8 guests, with the lower-level bedroom temporarily closed.
While the main living areas, bedrooms, and pool are unaffected by the work, occasional
noise may occur. Our team aims to minimize any disruption, and all upper and lower
entertainment spaces remain fully available for guests.
Starting December 16th, we’ll add a full-time chef and bartender, plus a sauna area, a new
Zen garden, and a redesigned family room, allowing the villa to accommodate up to 12
guests.

teak table for 10, and a large sofa in the lounge offers comfort alongside a 75” smart TV.
Slide open the glass doors to connect seamlessly to the terrace and infinity pool, where
ocean views provide a stunning backdrop. The Master and Bedroom 2 are set at opposite
ends of the main living space, ensuring privacy and space.
Lower Level
The villa’s entertainment options are unmatched, featuring a “gentleman’s bar” with a full-
size pool table, stocked bar, and cozy seating. Adjacent is a cinema room with custom sofas,
spotlight settings, and a 120-inch screen with surround sound. Fitness enthusiasts can enjoy
the fully equipped gym, while game tables and a wine cellar add to the fun.
Upper Level
Golf lovers will appreciate the villa’s unique features, including a 5-hole putting green on
the upper balcony and a high-tech golf simulator room. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are on this level,
both with en-suite bathrooms, private balconies, and lovely sea views.
Outdoor Living
The villa’s outdoor area is a sanctuary of relaxation. The 16m x 7m infinity pool, jacuzzi, and
10 sun loungers are perfect for unwinding, with plenty of shaded seating and even a large
swing chair. The sala can serve as a serene spot for sunbathing, meditation, or massage
sessions.
