Inside the villa has a lovely relaxing homely feel to it, the front living room has 2 lovely comfortable sofas and nicely decorated wooden furniture and large smart 50 inch tv with Netflix and aircon.
Walking through to the large open plan modern western style kitchen & dining room incl all cooking facilities and utensils, dining table and another sofa. The bi-fold Patio doors overlooking the pool and small enclosed garden can be opened the width of the room to enjoy the breeze and let the fresh air in.
Downstairs also has a large bathroom incl toilet,shower and hand basin.
The added bonus of the villa is a private 5m kidney shaped swimming pool in the enclosed walled garden.
Outside there is a lovely sunbed, bench and table, it’s a little private Oasis to enjoy and even includes a wind up sun shade if it’s too hot for you that covers most of the pool.
Sit with the sliding patio doors fully open and enjoy the afternoon sun or shade with a glass of wine and dip into your little private pool, it really is a lovely private space.
Upstairs the first double bedroom on your left has lovely furnishings and wardrobe also has a small outside balcony and the added bonus of a large ensuite bathroom with his and hers sinks, toilet, shower and another surprise a jacuzzi bath.
The 2nd large double bedroom has plenty of wardrobe space, lovely dressing table & private modern ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet and basin.
Both bedrooms have aircon and ceiling fans.
The front living room has aircon and fan and the open plan kitchen dining area has a strong wall fan and sliding patio doors that open the width of the room to the pool area to provide lots fresh air so air con not needed.
A downstairs settee turns into a sofa bed for guests that need a third bed so can accommodate 5 guests.
As your villa manager I can help arrange literally anything, fprom airport transfers (only 500 baht) car or motorbike hire, day trips anywhere and I will give you many recommendations to fully enjoy this magical island I’m so blessed to live on.
You even get a bit of local Thai Buddhist culture from the Chinese temple next door and may hear the tapping of the gong at 6am and 6pm for 1 minute everyday bringing you blessings and good luck..
The front of the villa has a space for parking a car or 2 motorbikes.

The beautiful Maenam beach is literally 70 metres from the front door with some lovely cheap beach restaurants and many bars, massage shops, restaurants all within 300 metres or so. There is a beautiful Japanese coffee shop and bakery within 150 metres up the street.
This really is a unique villa in such a great location, thankfully over 95% of my guests agree and fall in love with its location, charm & character.

This is a private 2 bedroom villa used for only our guests and you have access to the whole villa and outside private swimming pool in the garden.
Please note the 2 upstairs bedrooms and ensuites are up a staircase on the first level.
